Privacy and workforce information
How information is used when you contact Fariqii or use its workforce management service.
Information in the service
Fariqii may handle account and company details, employee and employment records entered by authorized company admins, attendance and schedule information, leave requests, payroll records, payslips and uploaded employment documents. Login and session information is used to support account access and security.
How information is used
Information is used to provide and operate the service, support account access, organize workforce processes and respond to enquiries. Attendance location may be processed for check-in when that feature is configured. When enabled, work-location checks may also take place during a clocked-in session.
Company employee records
The employer using Fariqii controls its employee records and decides what information to enter and how it is used for its workforce. The employer is responsible for its handling of employee information. Fariqii’s role depends on the service relationship and the information involved; it is not appropriate to treat the operator as the controller of every employer record.
Service providers and optional AI
Fariqii relies on service providers for hosting, email delivery and other service operations. Enquiries submitted through the contact form may be handled by an email delivery provider. If an AI feature is used, relevant input may be processed by an external AI provider to provide that feature.
Access, correction and deletion requests
For employee information held by a company, contact that employer or its HR team to request access, correction or deletion. Employers may need to retain employment records. For account or service questions, contact onboarding@fariqii.com; a request does not mean information can always be deleted immediately.
Cookies, sessions and changes
The service uses sessions and login-related information to support account access. This notice may be revised as the service changes. For questions about privacy, contact onboarding@fariqii.com.
